Palmyr’s Playhouse

Check out this moving short video with Angie and Kyle Keith, the founders of Palmyr’s Playhouse, sharing their story so far and their exciting future plans…

Palmyr Keith.

Eighteen-month-old Palmyr Keith tragically died on Thanksgiving 2013 after she suddenly stopped breathing. But despite the awful and unexplainable circumstances surrounding her death, precious Palmyr’s legacy will live on throughout the world. Her parents, Kyle and Angie Keith, decided to turn tragedy into triumph and launched Palymyr’s Playhouse, aiming to build play areas for children worldwide.

The Keiths have refurbished the nursery at their home church, Heritage Fellowship, Kentucky, USA, and partnered with One By One to build the first international Palmyr’s Playhouse in Kenya. The play area – which cost £13,000 (approx $20,000) – was completed in November 2014, exactly one year after Palmyr’s death. One By One has now entered into partnership with Palmyr’s Playhouse to build a second play area in Sri Lanka and is excited at bringing happiness to children worldwide.
